1. Coffee machine in room was great. 2. Good to have to the ability to cast to the Tv (as most channels otherwise were in German understandably) 3. Check out of midday was fantastic. 4. The hotel looked after our bags after check out til our train in the evening

The room was comfortable, as was the disabled friendly bathroom. The restaurant offered very good food for dinner. The pool was clean and we were alone there. Hotel manager came across the street to our building to assist us with the TV and other technology in the room.

Cleaning of the apartment is done really nicely during our stay, really thick curtains help to sleep good even during early morning/day time, apartment kitchen is very well equipped, reception and restaurant staff is very helpful, good breakfast, zoo and cable car is 10-15 minutes walk away, lot of shops, restaurants nearby, love the park nearby,

Breakfast was really good, I definitely enjoyed making myself a waffle! The selection of cheeses, meat cuts and jams for your pastry was great. As someone mentioned, it’s not really well organised, but I guess there’s some reasoning behind it :) Hotel has two buildings, we lived in the new one (I guess). I know there is a pool in the hotel, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to try it out. The location is nice, metro is near and it’s a 10-minute walk from the central train station (and the Dom).

The room was spacious and clean, very good location near the river and within walking distance of the main city. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

The suite we booked was wonderful and the kitchenette very helpful as we stayed for 10 days. The location is spot on, near public transport and within walking distance to the Rhine. We shall definitely come again.

The room was very clean and was a very good size. The location was excellent, and staff were brilliant communicators and couldn't have been more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and there was a very good choice of foods to suit everybody.

The hotel was fantastic, and the location great, 10/15min walk to the Cathedral, and you can get cabs easily quite cheap if you prefer.

Hotel is situated on a quiet side street less than five minutes walk from the U-Bahn station. Very comfortable rooms with large TV and a decent sized shower. The breakfast was excellent, above and beyond, everything that you'd hope to find and more. Massive bonus, was a good swimming pool in the basement, which I had to myself on both visits!
